Order Basics
What is a Mystery Scoop?
A Mystery Scoop is a random scoop of beads when your order is packed. Each bead corresponds to one mystery item from the board. Depending on your bead results and availability, examples include stickers, gel pens, mini notebooks, claw clips, pocket mirrors, keychains, nail polish, and other listed surprises. Beads are not pre-selected, so no two mystery orders are exactly the same.
What is the difference between Mystery Scoops and Curated Boxes?
Mystery Scoops are random by design. Curated Boxes use fixed theme categories for shoppers who prefer a predictable style mix.
What is the difference between LIVE bundles and a Video Add-On?
LIVE bundles are packed during a Sugar Scoops live stream. They are not recorded, so if you miss the stream, you miss the chance to watch your order being packed. A Video Add-On is for eligible non-live Mystery Scoop orders and gives you a recorded reveal video you can watch later.
What is Rush Processing?
Rush Processing is an optional cart add-on for eligible standard non-live scoop orders. It moves your order to the front of the processing line and guarantees processing within 5 business days. It cannot be purchased by itself and does not apply to live scoops, curated boxes, or merch. Carrier transit time after shipment is not included.
Can I request exact items?
Exact item requests are not guaranteed on Mystery Scoops. If you want a more controlled selection, Curated Boxes are the best fit.
What is the Sugar Rush upgrade?
If your mystery order includes 7 matching scoops, your order is upgraded with a special mystery item.
Shipping & Support
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship in 12-18 business days after purchase. Once your order is on the way, tracking is provided through your order confirmation flow.
Where do you ship?
Sugar Scoops currently ships within the United States.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final due to random and limited-availability products. If an order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery for support review.
