Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Mystery Scoop orders are random by design and cannot be replicated exactly. For that reason, completed orders are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by law.

Curated Boxes are fixed-theme products and are also final sale once purchased, except where required by law. If your order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review.

Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order ready quickly. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. Once your package is on the way, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout so your order arrives without delay. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed by Sugar Scoops.

Order Terms

Product photos are representative examples. Due to the random nature of Mystery Scoops and vendor variation, exact items, styles, shades, and packaging may vary by order and availability.

Inventory, pricing, taxes, shipping options, and final payment terms are provided at checkout by Square and may change before payment is completed. An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Safety Notice

Orders may include small parts. Products are not intended for children under 3 years of age and may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended for younger users.

Reviews & User Content

By submitting a review, you confirm your content is truthful and does not violate third-party rights. You grant Sugar Scoops LLC permission to display, moderate, and publish your review content on our storefront.

Reviews may be edited for length, clarity, and policy compliance, and may be removed at our discretion.

Privacy & Data Use

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Square. Sugar Scoops receives order information required to fulfill purchases and provide support. We do not sell personal information.

Review submissions and support emails may include personal information you provide voluntarily. Please avoid including sensitive personal data in public reviews.

Platform Note

Sugar Scoops may share content on third-party social platforms. Those platforms are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies.
